Agrarian reform in Aloguincho

The Ecuadorian rural area historically was characterized as an agrarian structure dominated by a large farm system. These domains had a complex plot of unequal relations between owners and peasantry was settled down. In Ecuador, since 1960, the agrarian reform was established as an alternative to decompose the agrarian system to get finished this complex plot of socio-productive relations. The objective of this work is, to analyze how the agrarian reform progressed in Aloguincho, using the actors collective memory and to state its consequences in the rural life.
