Introduction to the special issue "Região Andina em Foco"

Abstract

This publication is the result of the work carried out by social scientists of different nationalities within the framework of the research group "Região Andina em Foco" created in 2011 at the University for Latin American Integration (UNILA), Foz de Iguazú, Brazil. Brazilian and Peruvian researchers who are part of this project participate in this issue, as well as researchers whose articles contribute to the study of socio-political phenomena in the Andean region and Latin America in general.
